There are different types of employees in an industry. It should come as no surprise that industrial workers were not the only type of employees that firms hired at the beginning of the industrial revolution. Peter Drucker developed a theory of management that was more inclusive, and it was based on the idea of management by objectives and the requirement that a business is managed by striking a balance between a variety of needs and goals.
